Okay, so I've been on the market to find a set of tires (235/40/18) for my rears (on G35C's). I was debating between Kumho ASX's or Falken Ziex 512's, or even Fuzion ZRi's. The main thing I was trying to solve was the rubbing issues I ran into when I threw my G35's on the car. Basically, I rolled the qtr panels a bit, which helped a little. But it still rubs. So, I figured that if I change tires to a smaller 235/40/18 from the original 245/45/18, it may help with the rubbing. SO, that brings me to my real question. Would any of you guys run Nankang NSII's? I know that they're just cheap "package deal" kind of tires, but I can get a used set with about 80% tread for $50. What do you think? The way I see it, even if they're junk, I can at least figure out if switching to that size will solve my rubbing problems...........wait, that sounds gross.......anyway, Can they really be that bad! I mean $50!!!

Try them just to see if that tire size is good to stop the rubbing. Then get good tires in that size.

Actually I picked them up last night, and they're about 95% tread! . I'm in the process of getting them mounted today. Hopefully, no more rubbing!
