Winter tire question

Well i got the first taste of winter today on my winter wheels and man do the michelin energy tires suck. I am thinking of ordering some Bridgestone Blizzaks. They seem to have a good rating anf reviews, tell me what you guys think.

They are made for snow so can't be worse than your Michelins. Keep us posted.

I'd get the Blizzak WS-50 only if I was expecting to see lots of snow or ice, or travel to areas that are particularly bad. It's pretty much the grippiest type of winter tire you can get (microcell rubber compound), but on the flip side it wears a bit faster and handles less sharply on cleared roads. For milder winters and less snow/ice you might want to look at something similar to the Blizzak LM-22/25.
