Who ordered from wheelmax.com?

Do you get to choose the brand of tire when you purchase a wheel/tire package? Or do they give you some sucky ones?

Is wheelmax.com any good?

Some peple have no complaints and some people do. They were rude over the phone so I decided not to give them any business. If they were rude during sales, I couldn't imagine when warranty issues come up.

I was going to hit them up on the phone. Now I kind of know what to expect. Who else delt with wheelmax.com?

They don't even have an e-mail address.

My bro bought his rims from them. Of course, the tires they include are "small" for Maximas. To get a combo for our cars, it was more expensive than ordering tires separately from Tires.com or Tirerack.com (and install them elsewhere).

My bro only had 1 problem. He called in his order, and said he didn't want wheel locks. They sent him 20 standard lugs and charged him. The problem was calling in and getting his $ back. Yeah, customer service sucked. Hopefully you won't have any problems so you don't hafta deal with them.

I orderd from them once when i first got some max, didnt have much money and i orderd some 17's. They looked funny on the car cause it was a honda style offset and rims were very "tucked" or "in looking".
When i called they told me to get spacers but he didnt tell me this when i orded them.I spoke with to 2 diffrent people an they were both very rude.

I was going to order rims from them agian recently but when i called the guy gave me a bunch of bull and told me i cant buy bigger tires than 215, he told me nankang are the best tires on the market, and bla blah and he was just blownsmoke up my a$$ and talking to me like i didnt know what the hell i was talking about....
