Rim Pics

The first picture (left) is with my 18x8 G35's, 245/45/18. The second picture (right) is after I switched to a 2353/40/18. The gap got a little bigger, but took care of my rubbing issues. Same thing goes for below. But the picture is not very clear.

Oh, and by the way, 50 series tires would be WAY too big. Please, I beg of you, don't do it!

Depends on the width, but normally I would say 40.

40 series is gonna be the best fitment for height on an 18 inch wheel. especially if you plan on lowering your car or if you have done so already! 45/50 series would give you rubbing especially when turning! best possible meaty/beefy tire size for an 18 inch wheel for 4th/5th gen is going to be a 245/40 18! good luck

215/40/ZR-18 Dunlop Sport M901's wrapping a set of 18x8 MKW M12s with 40mm offset. I really wish I knew how heavy these wheels are, but the MKW website doesn't list the wheel weights. (Note that this picture was taken less than 24 hours after mounting, so the front springs have settled down MUCH nicer since then.)

i know that 245/40/18 fit on my car fine.. the 245/45/18 are only 1 inch taller in overall diameter.. so really is only a 1/2 inch on either side of the wheel well
