I'm on Maxspeeds with 19x8" Axis Se7en Mods, no rubbing. KLOOGY was on H or S-techs with 19x8" MM Evo's, no rubbing. You should be fine.

Edit: There have been many guys running 19x8" and 19x8.5" wheel setups on here with little or no rubbing issues. Again, You should be fine.

Axis spider's come in a 19x8 unless you got some custom made. I just got mine from DHL today. Waiting on Discout Tire to get that same size tire from Dunlop (Direzza DZ101) either tomorrow or Wednesday.

Quick answer, you should be fine. Stevay is running his dropped on 19x8. His website is http://maxima.cardomain.com/id/stvy5.
