My vote goes to the TSW Thruxton. Like how it bulges out. By the way, what color is your max. If its dark i would go with TSW Thruxton otherwise the HPR5 would nicely compliment the lighter colors. The g35 rims are good but they would not give the max a very aggressive look. Anyway good luck

That is tru, unless you want to go with something thats a little more raging such as the Private Profil, Axis Hiro or Milano, or the best visually aggressive wheel on the market to date... the Euroline SE (made by Work-Wheel Jp)

Out of the 3, HPR5s look the best IMO

BTW, I have a black 2000 Maxima. I love the Axis milano and the hiro, but damn they are expensive. I can get a set of 18" Thruxtons for around $700, 18" HPR5s for $600, and the G35 coupe wheels with tire for $800. Just depends on how much money I want to spend.

Do you think the HPR5s would look good in gunmetal with a polished lip on a black maxima or stick with hyperblack??

Thanks

I voted for the TSW, but both the TSW & the HPR5 have a nice lip. The Hiros are really nice as well, but I'm kinda partial to the Axis wheels.

The HPR5's are the sportiest looking, and from the price, also the best value. If your looking for something a little more elegant that fills up the fenderwells almost perfectly then i'd say go for the G35C's. The TSW's don't do much for me imo, looks a little to ricey. Rice is bad.

Well it looks like I'm going to end up with a set of Mille Miglia EVO 5's or G35 coupe wheels. Still working out the fine details.

I might still get a set of HPR5's in gunmetal later down the road. But a big cut in my wheel budget, forces me to seek cheaper alternatives.

Keep the votes comming.

Well, I ended up getting a set of Mille Miglia EVO 5s off of a fellow org member. To good of a deal to pass up. Now I'm just trying to decide what tires to get.

Here are a few pics.

Thanks for all the help & votes.

I'd go with the HPR5's in 19". They look awesome and I also don't want another max on Hiro's...hehe

If you're going with the Hiro's, get 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5" in the rear.

I'm pretty sure they are 19's. I bought a set of the EVO 5's for one reason, my wife is a horrible driver. She often times parks to close to the curb and you guessed it, curb rash DOH! So I ended up getting a set of EVO 5's with minor curb rash. That way she wouldn't break my heart everytime she hit the curb.

Women, what they hell are we supposed to do with them?
