Tires for 02 GLE

I tied using the yahoo seach thing but it did nto comeup with any threads.

I need to buy 4 new tires for the Maxima.

Right now my options are some by a brand called Cooper for 100 each or Good Year Eagle for 150 each. WHat other brands are there. The guy at the shop said there are not that many tires made that fit the 17's on the maxima.

I also found some by a brand called Avon Tyres on tirerack.com.

I just put 4 new Falken Zeix ZE-512s on my Max, and I love them. They're a good all season tires, and cost about $100 a piece. I had Sears price match a price I found at Discount Tire Direct (since they carry them) and put them on locally. I'm very happy with them so far, though it has only been about 2500 miles. Check them out.

512s are more for spring, summer, and fall. They are prett bad on snow. Better than craptenzas though. I'm going to ditch the 512s when they wear out and put some snow tires.

The Cooper 225-50 17's would be a good choice for a hundred beans, or if you got the cash, see my sig.

I have the Falken 512's on my car for winter, but I'd suggest the Pirelli P Nero Zeros.
