The Pirelli P-Zero Nero is a Max Performance tire.
The Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S is an all season. Since you're in California, I don't see why you would want an all-season over a summer tire. It's always summer there isn't it?

Summer tires aren't for everybody.... for one thing, they usually wear out faster because of their performance oriented design. All-seasons usually last longer in general, and are often quieter, especially if you're comparing to the max. performance summer tire category.

If you really aren't looking for maximum sticking power to the pavement, then an all-season may be perfectly fine for your needs. I've heard almost all good comments about the Nero M&S by the way, so if you're looking at that tire it's probably a good bet.

if u want a GREAT all aroudn tire i suggest the Bridestone Turanza LS-T.. treadwear 700+ thats over 80k miles.. and they stick like glue.. my neighbor runs the local firestone and his son has a grand prix gt with them i have a friend with a 00 Mustang.. both are happy.. they stick like glue (almost as good as My kuhmo summer tires) but they wear more then twice as slow as my summer tires..

MZ, can you give your thoughts on the ASX's? How they're wearing, wet/dry performance, etc?
