Howdy fellas

Hello everybody here, I'm a newbie, man i'm so glad i found this forum the NIssan forums wasnt that good for this question i have. I own a 1997 Nissan Maxima GXE, and i would like to purchase 17" for it, i've been readin alot of other threads and they are all for 2000 or UP. Have any members had any sucess with 17" with like, no rub, or harsh driving or the basic stuff? Also how much did u pay and where?

I got some 18" rims for sale if your interested. Thread here: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=367120 And to answer your question people with your year have put 19's on with no problems. You just got to pick the right tire size. In my opinion though 18's look the best on that car.

i feel that 17's look clean and still can come light enough for good performance. and they are not to harsh. i find that the ride on 18's+ are to rough for everyday IMO.

depends on the size tires you get, i got 19's and they dont rub, so if u get the right size tires, im positive 17's wont rub..
