235/40/18's pics....

Im looking to get new tires, right now my set up is 225/40/18's with a 2' drop.
I like the look of it but am considering going to 235's and Im curious to just how much higher the side wall be.
So, could people post pics of their 235/40/18 setups, preferably with a drop.

18x8 with 235 40 18 and 38offset didn't rub. 38 is best for maxima, 40 works fine, 35 i dunno?

I believe 225/40 = 225mm wide, 40% of that in sidewall height.

So 235/40 would be (235-225)*.4 = 4mm bigger sidewall... even when you double that it would be hardly noticable.

Pics of 245/40 with 18x8.5 +37 are on my homepage.

With a 2 foot drop I think you're going to rub.

Have you guys noticed much of a gas mileage difference with your new wheels/tires than with your stock tires/wheels? I just got a set of 215/40-ZR-18s on a set of MKW wheels, and I need to bump the tires up to 235/40-ZR-18. I have a relatively heavy set of wheels (29lbs each, without tires) and wanted to know how much of my lousy gas mileage is contributed to the weight of the wheel vs. the tire size. If you guys can help, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!
