I bought my wheels and tires from them. I think they are great and their prices are decent. I called recently for info about hub rings and they answered my questions. If I were to get another set of wheels I'd go back.

But other people haven't had the best luck with them.

I haven't recieved the wheels yet, but they hooked me up with shipping charges.
Normally its around $200 shipping to here in Germany, but they shipped 4 wheels and tires for $100. Customer service was good too. They didn't have a problem with me upgrading to a larger tire either.

The Mille Miglia's a better rim, from what I've heard. Personally I like the styling of the Exel better. In the end, pick what YOU like 'cause it's your car. You won't be happy with 'em if you go only on what others say.

Good to hear some positive review on Wheelmax- all I've heard so far is negatives.

A friend of mine bought wheels for his sentra on wheelmax. The wheels were pretty nice for the price. I didn't like the Ventus tires though.

FYI- I ended up getting a wheel pkg from wheelmax, and was pleased with their service. The first guy I talked to was nice, pretty helpful with pricing and tire sizing and answering the questions I had. I called back the next day to order, got someone else, and he was also fairly nice. (I forget their names.) The 2nd guy seemed like he was in a bit of a hurry, though. I got my wheels within the shipping time they advertise, and the wheels and tires came packaged well, nicely balanced, they have metal sleeves over the valve stems and the sticker weights were on the inside- a couple nice touches not all tire places do. They sent open-ended acorn nuts for the wheels, but I ordered spline-drives and wheel locks, and the hub rings were extra, too. Oh, also, with the directional tires (Proxes 4) they mounted them all the correct way- 2 for the left, 2 for the right. My friend got some directional winter tires and 3 were left and 1 was right, so he had to go to a shop to get it turned around. Not a big deal, but a bit of a hassle.
I got the Exel RH5's in 18" with 235/40's. They're noticably heavier than the stock 16's, and it's most noticable when braking. Acceleration doesn't seem to be as effected, and cornering is WAY improved. The ride is a bit stiffer, but it's worth it on my mushy riding '01 GLE.
Overall I'm really happy, and I love the look. I'll get some pics up this weekend if I can wash the car.

I almost bought a set from them until I noticed how unwilling they were to answer all my questions. Bad customer service turned me away. Rather pay more and get better customer service.

Cool to hear success stories. Bump cause i know their prices always lure me in for another look, and I could use some wheels for the summer.

You are correct! I love the look of the c5's, but the real ones were $500 more.

Update- after only 5 days on my car, I've bent one of the rims. The roads here in Boston aren't very nice to rims, especially with the winter we've had. The pass. front outside lip is noticably out of round now. It's not a terrible bend, but enough to cause a little "thumping" in the steering wheel above 50 mph. I might not notice it if I move it to the rear, but that remains to be seen. I must say that I'm quite p!ssed off this happened already.

FYI- I'm running Toyo Proxes 4 235/40/18's @ 35psi front/32psi rear. I'm going to bump that up a few psi to see if that keep any more bends from happening.
