new set of tires

i just picked up a set of these toyo proxes 4 http://www.edgeracing.com/tires/2254517/ but when they arrived, they didn't have those stripes that I've always seen on new tires on them. is this something I should be concerned about?

I got the same tires from them.But they all had the strips on them.Do they look like they were used?

nah, they look new and smell new
