Is ACE a good brand?

I was looking at Axis but now the company that has $300 of my money cant get axis. (This is Andys Auto Sport by the way. I ordered wheels last June and I am yet to see a wheel and I have to keep changing brands (racing hart and axis) because they cannot get the brands I want even when they post them on thier site or they tell me to look at them. The best part is that thier link to there wheel gallery is a Racing Hart wheel next to an Axis wheel... Damn Irony.

But anyway I am looking at ACE and want some feedback on this brand. I am leaning towards the ACE Arius in hyperblack 18" wrapped in Nitto NT-555 or Yokohama AVS Sport. Feed back is much appreciated and again...

NEVER BUY FROM ANDYSAUTOSPORT.COM
(this will be going on every post I make from now on)

Do you want to base this on anything? And what type of rims do you have.

It sure looks like $tillen (nice name) likes to rag on a lot of peoples rims, but doesnt back anything up. PICS????

Surely he must have the A+ top dollar setup to be bringing this kind of noise, right????

Yeah, still waiting...

And I think the funny thing is that most of the Max drivers here have OEM or Axis wheels...but hey, I suppose they all want crappy rims.

Steve,
I have had 18" ACE Manta's on my car for more than a year now. I love them. They look good and have held up very well. Except for my dumba$$ hitting a curb with them. The Arius is a nice looking rim. I say get them. You won't be disappointed.

Geez, I simply answered the question, which was "Is ACE a good brand?".
I don't care to post pics of my car because this .org has too much unneccessary picture posting as is. Local people have seen my car, with quality 9" wide wheels and huge brakes, so i don't need to prove anything to people who want "ACE".

Ace...ehhhh...they're alright. A few good knockoff styles. Haven't heard anything majorly bad about them. Wouldn't rock them personally though...

thanks alot guys, for the input that was backed up with more than a random statement. I would rather get axis or racinghart any day but the a$$holes I am dealing with cannot get axis, or racinghart any more and the rest of thier wheels are pretty crappy. They also have a $300 credit of mine so i cant go else where without losing the $300. Thanks again.

Get your money back. If they refuse, talk to a lawyer. It sounds as though they are advertising one thing and selling another.

Unfortunately a lawyer will probably cost more than $300. I'm in a loose loose situation.

I've always like the Ace Allures, 19s of course. No max that I've seen has them so you'd be the first, unless by some miracle I get them some day.
