18x8.5 on an 00 max?

Will they fit? without any rubbing lowered on Maxspeed springs? What tire size should i run? with it? I know that the 18x8 fit fine but i saw some rims with a 8.5 width and am wondering if they will fit. Thanks

on my 96, i have 18x8.5 and they fit fine, even with coilovers, if that helps, but check the sticky's, i'm sure they have some info on this.

I had 18x8.5 w/ 245/40/18s. You won't rub as long as the rims have correct offset

they'll fit easy. I just threw 20x8.5's on yesterday. not too close to rubbing and i should be able to drop it at least an inch too.

What's the recommended offset on an 8" or 8.5" wheel for our 5th gens?
