Tire Size

I know this topic has probably been done before, but i was wondering what the proper tire size for a 97 Max is. Inside the centre console it says 215/55/16 but i've checked some websites and they say the proper size is 215/60/16. Is there any difference between the two and if so, how much of a difference? Which is better?

215/55/16 is the correct size.... the 215/60 is a little taller .... a 225/50 is a little shorter ....I have seen all 3 sizes on 4th gens .... I would stay away from 225/60
