Top 5 Rims: Best Bangs for its Buck

I'm hopin to have a set of 18 or 19 inch rims that look good on my 02 Lustre Max and can take a couple of hits wit Jerzey's pot holes by next month. If you all could give me ure opinions on what top 5 rims would be considered the best bang for its buck based on this, I would really appreciate it. Thanx in advance

I hope this isn't a repost cuase I've been lookin around and I haven't found anything posted like this but let me know if it is.
