Well I just got Goodyear Assurance triple-treads (Not comfort-treads) put on my car. What an incredible difference. They didn't make 215/55-16's so I went with 205/60-16's. Slightly narrower and taller, could've gone with 225/50-16's which were wider and shorter but I didn't want the harder sidewall.
Absolutely an awesome tire. My car (and all cars I've driven) used to pull slightly when hitting puddles on the left or right lanes near the edges of the lanes, etc. Now it just splashes the water out of the way and only at highway speeds is a pull even noticeable.
They were super-rated on tirerack.com and they were actually right. My old tires were regular looking Cooper tires that came with the car when I bought it. Very mediocre. These have a very nice, aggressive looking "V" tread pattern. It's like a whole new car.
Less road noise, far less rolling-resistance, far superior cornering and better braking in dry and much better braking in the rain. I've never had a new set of tires make such a profound difference in the way a car handles, feels, drives, etc.
I love 'em and would recommend them to anyone. Well worth the money which by the way was $510 after taxes, mounting, balance and disposal of the old tires.

Have to agree with you on this. Don't have them on my 2004 Maxima because they don't come in 18's, do have them on another car that's are 15's. Living here in Colorado get a good mix of snow and ice (mostly ice), and they're BY FAR the best tires i've ever bought. Put them on a 3rd car i have as well just because i like them so much. WELL worth the purchase for all season!Originally Posted by Igobuk

Well, my Triple-treds got their first real taste of winter today with 7"+ and absolutely no problems. Before the plows even plowed, I could still get around quite nicely and enjoyed watching far more expensive rear-wheel BMW's and Benz's slipping and sliding all the way to work.
My wife's Ody will be getting a new set of shoes tomorrow as well. Absolutely great tires.
