I'm want to put some nice rims on my car from centerlinewheels.com

I want 17 inch rims. but I dont get this

Those are sweet looking wheels.

What number are you talking about? FYI, 5-4.5" is the same as 5-114.3mm

You are kinda losing me but I think what you want to know is that the offset of the rims is 42mm. The bolt pattern is 5-4.5 which is the right bolt pattern for you. Just get those 4 and you will be fine.
