Painting wheels options?

Not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.

I'm interested in painting my wheels but I don't like options. If I had to go with anything it would be Gunmetal but to me it's too dark and flat looking. Ideally, I would paint it hyperblack and if that wasn't possible I'd paint it titanium silver (like the TE wheels). I figure the ones I want aren't easy to paint and I'd probably need them done at a body shop. Even that, I don't know if hyperblack is even a paint. But if I were to do it myself, what would be the best way to get that effect if at all?

I dont think you will get either of those colors from a rattle can in your garage. I would start looking into pro-painters and powdercoating options. Contact companies that re-finish wheels and see if they can match the colors.

That's what I figured. How much would work like that cost?

when i got my 18 in wheels powdercoated, it cost me $80 per rim and its better then painting em, they'll last forever. if your doing the stock rims, you might justw ant to save a little more and go aftermarket.

Yes, thanks for the info. What color options can you get with powdercoating? Any? Also, what kind of shop was it that did it?
