Titanium Ed Wheel finish?

Hey Maxima freaks- does anyone know what finish Nissan used on teh 03 Titanium edition wheels or 01 Anniversary edition? Is it a translucent finish or a "kandy" over polished aluminum, then cleared?

I am looking to polish my stock 17" 02 wheels and give them a little different look and I was just wondering what Nissan has done. I was thinking of using a gray or silver candy over the polished alum before I clear them.

Let me know how it turns out as I'm interested in this as well. Nissan has not nor will they ever release the code for the AE wheel paint, the bastards.

03 TE wheels > 01 AE wheels...

They look nicer without the lug covers and they clear 6th gen brakes.

I think the TE wheels are the nicest stock Max wheels. I am going for a similar look with my 02 SE wheels. Don't have the funds to get new ones.
