I have a 95 maxima and I have had my 20's for about 2 weeks now and theres just a little rubbing when turning the wheels all the way left and right.
And I lowered it about 1.50" with tein springs and everything fits nice. The wheels are 20 by 8.5 and my tires are 245/35/20, I talked to a few people that had there 20's for a while and they said that 255/35/20 were too wide and rubbed the inside wheel well. Heres some new pics to see how they fit.

Well I was running 20in Spora Estradas on low profile toyo 245/35ZR 20 proxies 4 tires. They were cool but it severely decreased my gas mileage and knocked of my alignment. I ran them on stock springs and shocks and had no rub. The rims had a 2in deep dish lip. Really cool but 20's are practical on maximas.

I say run 19's since the car is already lowered 1.50mm

So true if you want a speed demon buy a street/strip car not a 4 door luxury sports car that gets almost 30 MPG

you obviously think that a maxima is an escalade or a bentley.

no. we just dont happen to have enough aftermarket support for a lift kit to fit 32" yet. hopefully one day. it makes our ***** much much bigger.

to be honest, those rims in post 2 are just about the worst rims to put on a maxima. not only are they 20s, but they are chrome. now, some rims can get away with chrome on the max, but i think it has a lot to do with surface area. and with the surface area on those rims, it is just completely

if you want to see a maxima on DUBZ holla at my page this puts those other two to shame if you dont like the full face rims. full face rims + maxima = is just wrong

the colored pics are B4 i lowered it the Black and white pics are after KYB/AGX and eibach pros

I give you props on the color, but open rims + stock rotors = is just wrong. The 20's I got was a deal that was just too good to pass up. I don't know about were everyone else is from but on the west coast riding big and on chrome thats all that matters in floss angles.

so it maybe off topic a little, how do u guy feel after putting 20" wheel on? those thing I think at least 35lbs or more, in term of gas efficiency and accelaration (like having 3 or more people in your car)?

So far the 20's ride smoother than the 18's did. but I can't chirp the tires anymore from a dead stop, and I could with no problem with the 18's on but I need to upgrade the breaks, so I'm shopping around for all four rotors and better calipers up front. No change in gas miles really, and a car full of people just the breaks are the only concern. I got a cai already and I plan on gettin headers, y pipe and the full cat, hopefully all by this summer.
