1997 240sx wheels on 98 Max

will they fit right? I don't know what offset and bolt patterns are on the 240sx and if they have different sizes on front and back.

I remember S13s to be 4 lug, but I think that S14.5s could have been 5.

EDIT: they are 5 lug, stupid me.
