I'm thinking of getting either 17" or 18" wheels by 9" width...These are my track wheels...What offset do you guys recommend and also tire width???? I also would like to have the wheels at a wider stance. More even with the fender... Anyone know if there will be rubbing problems???

if they are track wheels, i would think you would go with 17s over 18s.

 

ok i've decided to get some 17x9s
has anyone put these on with no wheel spacers and fitment works?

 

depends on offset.

 

what would be the best offset??? +35??? Is there a way I can modify my well to have a better fitment, like opening the fenders more or something???

18 X 7 1/2 WHEELS BOLT PATTERN 5 X 41/2- OFFSET 35MM.

..And if so..what tires would be ideal?

Larrio used to run 17x9 Enkei wheels on his 5th gen. I can't remember what offset he had, but it might be a good idea to ask him.

 

I'll try to get hold of him. If anyone else knows the right size where 17x9 fits with no rubbing and the correct offset, also the tire sizes you guys ran would help a lot. I need to buy wheels now since my tire is flat...don't want to spend any money on the stock wheels now...

IIRC Larrio has 265/40/17 Falken 451.

 

Yeah i was looking at old threads and z32drifter is running 17x9 +34 offset and tires were 255/40/17. I pmed him to see if he can confirm this so yeah....I just don't want to spend 1700 and then next thing you know it doesn't fit...
