my review of the Falken Azenis ST-115

Since I really didn't care about performance after settlin down for 19's, there was only two things i was looking for in a tire:

1) TreadWear
2) Road Noise

so after a bit of homework, i decided to go with the st-115 by falken. the traction and temperature was rated A, treadwear was rated at 360 and falken claimed that they were literally SILENT tires. and let me tell you, its TRUE, these tires are literally silent. i can not tell you now noisy my eagle f1 tires were. my bose sounds 20x better now. the only road noise i have is wind and suspension, nothing from the tires. and the tread wear, its more than what i was asking for. i have put 8k on these tires and even in 245/35 format, i still have over 80% of tread left in it (according to americas tires after they measured it). that means i can squeeze up to 40k out of these tires before i have to replace them. thats beyond what i was expecting. and the handling???? I can not tell you how responsive this car handles matched with the k sports. they tires are VERY VERYYYY sticky, i have NEVER heard them squeel even when takin high speed sharp turns. the handlin on the highway is amazing. sometimes i go crazy zig zaggin through traffic at 100+ mph and the car feels solid and VERY responsive, just a tad bit of turnin the wheel and im already two lanes over on the highway. on the stock suspension with eagle F1 tires, i never dared make a lane change cuz i knew i would be all over the lanes.

the tires handle GOOD in the rain. they still stick to the ground takin sharp turns but sometimes my wheels lock up at lower speeds under heavy braking and i just slide till the car comes to a stop. but then again I have locked up my wheels on dry surfaces many times as well.

over all i am very pleased with these tires and i will definetly purchase them AGAIN.

cliffs : STICKY, silent tires with excellent treadwear and very very good traction.

I also had them and they were sticky and very quiet. Tread life could have been better though

You'll probably get a slap on the wrist for weaving in traffic at over 100... but I see you like to drive your car very hard.

Stuntin, you might want to specify which nitto and toyo you think they're better than if you want your comment to have any meaning...

....

I'm saying, they all make several tires... that's like saying "the honda civic is better than toyotas and nissans." Maybe that means that it's better than the nissan sentra and the toyota cressida or something, but all that was said was toyotas and nissans. And all you said was nittos and toyo proxies. Both manufacturers make several tires, and I'm willing to bet that you have not tried their entire lineup.

I'm just saying be more specific, jesus.
