would 16x8 +30 wheels fit 215-55-16 tires??

 

sure the tires would fit. I don't know why you would not get something bigger though for a 8" wheel though. As for the offset I don't know about that (you may rub, not sure), but that tire would go on the rim. I have 225's on my factory fourth gen 5 spokes, and I think they are either 6 or 6.5"s wide.

 

ok...cuz those are the tires I have! they are still in pretty good shape and I don't want to buy new one for now...
