what offset should i get for 18x8.5 rims?

I was just wondering what offset i should get for 18x8.5. the choices i have are 22, 30, or 40mm offset. I will be running tein-SS coilovers with them. Thanks for your input.

I have 18x8 30mm offset G35c rims with 245/40/18 tires and they are flush with the fenders. No rubbing issues anywhere.

+1, +35mm is just about where you want to be with 8.5" rims.

not really, I just prefer the flush rim look rather than wheels that look sunken in.
