4th Gen only: 18x8.5 w/ 45 offset NISMO Wheels

with 235 40 18 tires and an eibach drop (1.5), would this set fit? If I need spacers, 3 to 5 mm should be ok, but do I need them to be hub centric?

If you want to go with 18*8.5 +45 and 235/40 all around you're going to rub your spash guard if you only have 5mm spacers. And I would personally use hub centric spacers, but they don't HAVE to be.

you'll need hub rings w/ aftermarket wheels.

So you are saying that I would need spacers. Do you have any good source of hub centric spacers? Thanks much.

People, I need an answer asap as I have to pay for the set on 5/31 in the am. The rims are nismo for altimas and are very light at 17.6 lbs. I can not pass on them.

I'm saying you will definitely rub hard somewhere at full lock if you don't get spacers. Just get pick them up, do some research and get some spacers later.

you'll end up spending more money on buying spacers

First of all, I don't think you'd need spacers. They'd make your wheels sit flush with the fender, so as to make them look nicer, but you shouldn't have a fitment problem without them. With that said, if you are going to use spacers, you have to get hubcentric ones. H&R spacers are the best. Also, I'd get 245/40/18 instead of 235/40/18, but that's just me.
