Smaller Can Mean Better!

While bigger wheels look cooler, if you want to be faster off the line, go smaller. Keep in mind that there is a direct inverse relationship between tire diameter and final drive ratio.

For example, the smaller the tire, the bigger the ratio, the greater the low-end acceleration. Conversely, the bigger the tire, the lower the ratio, and the less will be the low-end acceleration -- BUT -- the higher will be the top end speed.
