245-40/18

Will 245-40/18 fit on a '98 MAX without rubbing, or should I just get 235's?
Also, It will be on a 18x8 rim.

Thanks,
Geo T.

The offset is very important in determining if the rim/tire combo will rub. Overall you should be fine if the offset isn't too excessive

I have 18x8 42mm offset with 235/40's with no rubbing and room to spare. As long as the wheels offset sticks out more you should be fine.
