Rim offset question

I'm thinking about getting some new rims. The are going to be staggered again 19x8.5 and 19x9.5. The offset of the rims are 35mm/38mm, now the question is will I have any issues with the rim/tires rubbing or anything with those sizes. I had the HP EVOs in the 18x8.5 with the 38mm off set and I put spacers on them, shave some of the front axle, take off the hub thingys in the back to make them fit all the way. Am I going to have to do anything like that for these to fit???

These are the rims I'm looking at

1st, you could compare to you actual set-up. The two rims set are the same and if the offsets are the same, you should be OK. 2nd, If the offsets are different, I would go to tirerack.com and look at the 19in rims specs for your car. You will look at 8.5in and 9.5in wide rims. If you find the specs that match, you will be fine. 3rd, Finally, you could also look at 5th & 6th generation rims spec, but be aware that these models have more room/clearance.
