help deciding....

Looking to purchase new tires by the end of this week.

Price is a major factor so after browsing tirerack:

1. Yokohama Avid V4S
2.Sumitomo HTR+
3.Kuhmo ECSTA ASX
4. Toyo Proxes (are these reasonably priced?)

Now if a few could chime in and tell me the pros and cons of each and say which is their choice, that would be a great help!
BTW looking for an All-season Tire

Now the warranty between tirerack purchased tires and a tire shop, are the comparable or apples and oranges?

Well i went to a local tire shop, who said that they are discontinuing Yoko Avid V4s.... its being replaced by Yoko a430s.

At this point its a choice between Yokohama a430s or Toyo Proxes (not sure which one tho). Both will be the same price at around 160 each tire. which would you choose between the two.

160 each?? What size are you getting?

BTW, Toyo has 500 mile return policy, so you can return them if you decide that they are not for you.

$160 is certainly too high for Proxes 4 in this size... Edgeracing sells them for $106... On average they cost $110 - $120.
