They should fit alright but you might need spacers to push the wheels out a little bit.

^^ +1. Everything seems to be good except for the high offset. Get some spacers and they should fit fine.

you'll need 10-20mm spacers for sure...Use Eibach and YES you will deffinetly need longer studs. The 20mm Eibach come with built-in studs. I beleive the 10mm ones you have to replace the wheel studs yourself.

When did subaru go from 5x100 to 5x114.3? Or is that an STi-only thing?

For the 2006 MY STi IIRC. I am still trying to find out the center bore. The 5x100s had a 56 mm center bore. I am not sure if they changed that too.

as stated above, you would definitely need spacers of at least 15mm. Frankly, though, I am always against using spacers that thick, particularly on the drive (front) wheels.

For that much money, you can certainly get some nice wheels that actually fit correctly, IMO.

Irish,
Im not to familiar with spacers. Why do you think that using spacers of 15-20mm not good. Is it dangerous? Could something bend or break.. ?
thanks for yor input

spacers are ok, but you need to be very sure of a few things:

1. that the spacers are hub-centric and have the correct hub bore on the inside to match up to the maxima's hub, and on the outside to match up to the Subie wheels (not sure if they are the same bore or not). That, or get hub-centric rings for the wheels. The weight of the wheels should be held by the hub bore and the lugs combined, not one or the other.
2. since you're going to be using considerably longer lugs, you better make damn good sure that they are high quality
3. I would not buy any brand of spacers other than H&R. Period.

If this is right, the STi wheels will not fit w/out mods. The center bore remained unchainged from this auction description.
