1mm difference in center bore- Bad?

I have 3 sets of spec wheels and want to trade one set for some 15s fo rthe track. Someone offered me a set of Lancer (non-EVO) OZ rims. which I really like. I just checked the listed centerbore, and according to http://www.fastco.ca/web-content/Ima...06appguide.pdf it is 67.1mm, while ours is 66.1mm. I THINK that this WILL be a problem. Am I correct?

If so, is there a 0.5mm thick ring that I could buy to use as a hubcentric ring? (I seriosly doubt this.)

Just for track use you should probably be okay--running them lugcentric won't be horrible--probably not even noticeable. If you want, you could always use a few strips of paper and cut/shape them accordingly.
