HP Lightning Evo's

Wondering if this is a good deal or if anyone knows where i can get it cheaper.I have searched online and it seems to be a good deal. Also if you have any suggetions on rims for a 5th gen. 19x8.5 +38 offset HP Lightning Evo with 235/35/19 Falken 452 tires for $1580.00 with mounting and balancing included with mounting hardware kit.

Also do you think I should go with the hyper black or hyper light

I have the 18 hyper black rims and they look awesome im running kuhmos 245/40/18 tire on them. In order to mount these you need to get hub centering ring for them as they are not made specific for the maximas hub. You will also need to flaten the rear dust caps to put the rears on plus trim the front axles if you want to put on the center caps. Thats what i had to do for the 18 atleast on my 5th gen.

The tire size you are gonna run on a 8.5 rim is way to small. If i was you if you're gonna run all the same tires i'd run a 245/40/19 tire. That way the tire covers the rim so that the rim has some rim edge protection. Also for comfort a 235/30 tire is not gonna be to comfortable at all. Since you have a 8.5 rims i'd run a 255 tire all around which would fit that rim perfectly.

235/35/19

although I asked for 240/35/19. I didnt pay attention when i picked them up so my loss. Definetly going with 240 for more curb protection on the next set of tires.

Wheels look good. There's no such thing as a 240 width tire... widths always end in 5s. 235, 245, 255, 265, etc

That is not required for the 19s...

and 245/35/19 is the tire size you need.

Somewhat harsh, but if you're looking for a smooth ride and long tread life, you shouldn't be considering bigger rims.

That size ensures that your speedometer stays accurate. But if that doesn't matter to you, get whatever size tire you want.

Maybe he has the 18's. I think ther is no problem with the 19inch wheels.

I added 5mm wheelspacers on all of my wheels and I also bought the HP Dome caps.

Definitely buy the dome caps for the HP wheels. They also look better than the regular center caps. 18x8 hpyer-silver.

oh and I bought mine from 305wheels for 1175 (2 years ago) for wheels and tires.

OH damn, I am going to have to cherish my dome caps now. I have been asked quite a few times where I got my dome caps from by other HP wheel owners. I might have to put a alarm sensor on my caps LOL.
