So much for road hazard...

Well, I purchased a set of Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS via Tire Rack, and got the road hazard at the local installer (NTB). Hit a nasty pothole Friday night on my way home from the city. Bent the rim to crap (was able to hammer it back enough to be used as the new spare), and messed up the tire pretty good too. Good thing I got the Elite Package on my '04 Maxima. At least I have a full size spare (which is now going to have to last me for months, possibly).

Ends up the tires I have are back ordered from the manufacture. None of Tire Rack's warehouses have any in stock (not my size at least - 245/45/18), and nobody at Tire Rack has any clue when they will be getting any in. What a bummer. I have to drive around with that crappy Goodyear Eagle RS-A on the front drivers side. Argh.
