rims re-finishing?

did anyone try to refinish scraped rims?
how can I match colors and what are the steps in doing that?

Ouch! But damn, you should see my rear passenger 18... Scraped a curb, all the way around today! Driving Skillz > Me Your best bet is to either find someone that's done that rim before to see what color they used, or get as close as you can from the store. Basically, you'll want to tape off/cover up any areas you don't want to paint, then sand down the scuffs and scratches, prime, paint, clearcoat, and you're done.

see, those wheels have such nice coat, picture doesn`t show it that it would be imposible to match that...any other suggestions?
