I'm really starting to like some of the Yokohama tires. They not only appear to be highly rated but they look sharp for all season tires. I want tires that are high performance and look sporty. I'm considering the ADVAN S.4. If any one has these I'd like to know what you think. I guess the ADVAN S.4. are one of the newer models. I also am giving serious consideration to the V4S. Once again, appreciate the feedback from everyone.

I am absolutely please with the Michelin Primacy MXV4's i have on the Max. Smooth quiet and do quite well in the slick conditions i have come across. A little pricey compared to other tires but i don't regret paying the extra bit.

"Thanks for the quick reply but tirerack.com says "Like all summer tires, the g-Force Sport is not intended to be driven in near freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice". **I'm in Illinois that may be a problem the next few months?"

Go to TireRack & check out the 3 following tires...

BF Goodrich g-Force Sport **A\S**
Bridgestone Pole Position Potenza RE960 **A\S**
Goodyear Eagle F1 **A\S**

** All 3 of these tires are All Season tires & the Bridgestone's have a 9.8 or so rating for Wet Traction & Hydroplane Resistance. The A\S versions of the Goodyear & BFGR are new for 2007. The BrdgStne G009s referred to earlier are good tires but the RE960ASs are MUCH better.

I am about to purchase a set of Goodyear Eagle F1s for my set of '04 350Z wheels....$600.

Thanks for the advise, I really like the Eagle F1 AS but they only come in 225/50-R16 and my stock SE wheels use 215/55-R16. I know that is not much of a difference but from some of the feedback I have received I'm starting to think going stock size is best. I'm thinking of going with Yokohama S.4. or V4S or Bridgestone RE960AS or G009's. They all seem to be quality highly rated tires. It just may come down to which of these are in stock.

I ended up getting the Yokohama AVID V4S's in 215/55/16 for my 98 SE, just under $500out the door. Seems like a great tire for the money. The tire is highly rated, has a 60K warranty, is V speed rated and looks good. So far I am very pleased.

Yup. That's what I have on my car and am very pleased with them. Smooth, quiet and gives you a confident ride in wet and dry conditions. Big fan of them so far.
