These are the tires my 350z rims came with and I can practially hear every tread as it moves so loud and annoying. Is there anything I can do to reduce the noise? Like a balance or alignment?

theres nothing you can do to lessen road noise from tire tread. unless you completely sound seal your interior.

one question: why are your tires in your sig pic so freakin small?! totally the wrong size...

Yeah, you're basically screwed... When I first got my G 18's, I had Michelin Pilot Sports A/S in the front and RE040s in the rear. Got a balance and rotation and had those noisy things in the front... On, no. Got replacements off Ebay and sold them within 2 weeks!
