Your sizes and offsets are WEAK!!! (j/k!!!!)

Those are baller as hell man. I'm so glad you went with the diamond cut since about half the cars in houston have the knockoffs on chrome. Only about 10 people in the area will know that one of your wheels cost more than their (the knockoff folks) whole set of 24s!!! You ballin for real I could only afford to get my rears ordered for now and those two alone are probably worth more than my car.

yep, they certainly are big, ugly, and slow

but on the upside, you can use them to serve hors d'oevers if you have a dinner party.

just read most of this thread and rather found it quite amusing.
the rims look good...for VIP style i guess. can't wait to see this thing done.

just wondering, what would you do if you end up dissatisfied with the rims when their mounted?

Minus the black lip = I like em, if your ride got the look for me. Just don't like when rims like that are thrown on cars they don't belong to lol

So thats your defense, its getting popular in Japan??? (Sad thing is someone who hated the way they looked will research it and see that they are doing it in Japan will start loving them now) Well, if thats the case you need to install a 32" LCD on the inside the trunk lid and get one of those Dance Revolution pads to lay out 3 ft from the rear bumper because I hear thats really popular in Japan too. So is sticking Hello Kitty bobble-heads on the dash.

Do you like the way lips look painted black?? I thought you did it because it was something different, not to try to be more "JDM style yo" than the next guy. Not knocking your decision or nothing just wondering what the reason behind doing them was and you can see why I was wondering based on your answer above.

heh. that was just my excuse to make it sound cool. i actually didn't know it was catching on over there until after i did it (so yeah... its for me). after i recieved the wheels i copped a couple of vip mags that had some new wheel previews and saw that it was the new hot s**t.

pros:
got on a new trend right before it became a trend
got to see how it looked on some nice cars (wasn't 100% how i would like it ON a car)

cons:
unique points lost

just settle for what you like. its too hard to keep up with ongoing and future trends. and not to mention very expensive to too. if you try to keep up, you'll never be satisfied.

whatever you are doing, its going to be different and definitely unique to what other members here are doing. so just settle with what you have now. make a plan and stick with it. my two cents.

ehhh... i'm not about settling. i'm only building this car once so if something pops into my head i follow it until its done or i decide, for whatever reason, its not worth it/possible. i don't really change plans anymore, i just add to them.
