Out of these 2 which is a better summer tire ?
NANKANG NS-2 235/40/18 H
HANKOOK VENTUS-HRII 235/40/18 H
Any one have experience with these? Heres the story I have 4 of Nankang and 2 of the Hankook. At this point I have an option of putting the 2 Hankooks up front (I believe they are a little nicer) but those 2 have different tread life left.(read below)
Ignoring brand... If i have one tire with approx 65%-75%life and another identical one with 85%-90%life would it be acceeptable to put those both upfront even tho they have diff wear? Would I really feel that 20% difference?
Thanks for any input.

id rock the Ventus II. from the looks of the tread pattern, the Ventus is gonna have more contact patch on the road given that the treadblocks are larger. but who's to say that the Nankangs dont stick as well. the Nankangs do have small blocks but have large radial grooves which are great for water evacuation. check it out on Tirerack to see if they have either tire reviewed. thats your best bet or even google search review it.
as for throwing on a set with more wear than the other, i doubt you'll feel the difference with only a 10-15% change in wear with normal driving. only noticeable change would be when it gets down to the wear indicators in terms of grip and performance in dry and wet conditions.

No can do, I allready have all these sitting around and need to use em up. Unless you want em...
If I got all new tires I would prolly get all new wheels too.
