why do i feel like im floating????

ok, so i went to a 17 inch 225 50 17 rim/tire combo from a 15 inch rim /tire combo which was stock. its a 95 max and the wheels are off of a 03 titanium max and i went with yoko's avid w4's and they felt ok, but i thought they were underinflated so i had the guy up them to 36, thats with nitrogen. when im cruisin around i hear them and feel them more, i expected that cause i know the tire's are wider by 20 mm's. but when im drivin around they , especially highway i dont feel like i have control, or like the steering is loose. alignment??? why does it feel like i have no control sometimes, very spongy feeling at times. solutions??? advice??? tires are new and balanced. thanks>>>>

More rotating mass and worn parts if you are on the oem suspension.

no, i have replaced the stock with kyb gr2's and maxspeed spriings.new strut plates as well. so there's no way to get these wheels to feel more evenly balanced on the car???? all the people that do bigger wheels on a 4th gen have the same problem??? tires are a little bigger but almost the same hieght.

i'd have your alignment checked. there's really no reason why it should be out of spec but with the issues you are experiencing that's where to start.

I would go with the more rolling mass input. You've upgraded to the heaviest 17" rims ever.
