Refinish honey comb rims
If so, an autobody shop could do it. For honeycomb's it's probably harder for a DIY project with the sanding unless you have access to a media blaster.
aircraft paint stripper.
wash off.
apply wheel paint and clearcoat
or just clear the bare aluminum.
i wouldnt waste money or time getting it professionally done. theyre OEM wheels. not worth it at all. just strip the original coating and repaint it yourself. take your time and make sure u do it correctly.

You can google "Painting rims" or anything of the like and find a couple pages with step by step procedures. And make sure you get all of the area's that the stripper touches off. My girlfriend helped me do my wheels and was rushing and she left a small spot on the rim with the finish that had wrinkled but wouldn't come off, a couple weeks later after we finished that spot lifted off and i was missing a chunk of paint on my rim.
Aircraft stripper is strong, so wear gloves.
