Will my tires fit ?

Hi
My car is 97 maxima GXE...Tires are 205/65/15 (factory size stock)

Can these tires fit well with wheels taking originaly tires 215/55/16 (size 16 inch wheels) ??? as I plan to change my steel 15 inch wheels with size 16 wheels (from stock max 2000 alloy wheels)
