6th gen 18x9.5 offset ?

First off I spent a couple of nights reading through search results. I could not find an answer for my exact question.
Car is a 6th gen maxima “2007” with an eibach front coil from the drop kit and custom higher load coils in the rear that matches the -.8 eibach spring. I am going to keep my tires which are 245/45/18, and I have my reasons and yes I have considered larger wheels.
My goal is to go with an 18x9.5 all the way around to give the car a flush look. Do I need to stick with a 2 inch lip or a 2.75 lip? I do not want the tires and wheels sticking out past the fender, I just want a good clean flush look.
Any advice or help would be much appreciated.
First wheel is a MRR wheel that is 18x9.5 with a 2 inch lip. And I am not sure on the offset.

Second is a tsw wheel that is 18x9.5 with a 2.75 lip. Not sure on the offset on this either.

Try to keep the offset between +38 to +45.I have some 20's on my 07 and they have a +38 offset.I think the stock wheels are +45,not 100% sure though.

My wheels are 19x8 with +35 and 245 40 19 and they sit flush with the fender and quarter panel. Depending on the offset, the one you chose my stick out past the fender. Offset is important so you need to find that first.
