We need 4 new tires for our 99 Maxima GXE. Currently running BF Goodrich Traction T/A 94H tires.

Choosing between BF Goodrich Avantage T/A 94H tires (~$91 each plus tax and installation) versus Michelin Destiny/Harmony 92T tires (~$109 each). Michelin's cost $18 more per tire.

Reviews for the Destiny/Harmony tires are universally positive, plus we already have those tires on our 2006 Toyota Sienna minivan and they work real well.

Reviews for BFG Advantage are generally good, though not always glowing. Our current BFG tires have lasted 5 years and run pretty good. No complaints, though I am not tickled that shoulder wear is forcing me to replace the tires.

I am leaning toward going with the Michelin's though notice that the Michelin's are T rated versus the current H rated BFGs.

In the manual, the Maxima lists S and H rated tires.

Does anyone have experience using the Michelin Harmony/Destiny tires on the max?

Also, any views about whether I will be OK with a 92T tire on my max??

Just don't surpass the speed the tires are rated to and you will be fine.
