245/30/20 vs 245/35/20

Been trying to research to see if there is much difference in 30 series tire vs 35 series tire. Most web sites suggest 245/30/20 for 5th gen max. 245/35/20 seem to be more common as well as cheaper. I do see some 5th gen org members running 245/35/20 but was not sure how or if there were any effects from running the 35 series tire. As a matter of fact, I could not find anyone running 245/30/20s.

I was hesitant myself at first but I got brand new rims from a guy who bought them for his wife's car but she was not into wheels. Not that I got them, I did not want them to just sit up and collect dust.

looks like I might be flipping them. I was researching the site and based on the size of these wheels (20x 8.5 +38 offset) It sounds like these are going to stick out a little in the front. One org member mentioned that it would stick out bit another said it was flush. The member that said it was flush may have been speaking about a 6th gen. Anyone know for sure? The last thing I want is to have that poking out the front look.

I had 20s before and was running 245/35/20s, but now on some light 18s, my 20s were 62lbs rims and tires vs my 18s which are only 44 or 45......but if you like em toss em on the ride or sell em....

The largest wheel i'd personally go with on my own car would be a 19, and it would have to be something lightweight and strong, such as Rays or equivalent. Large amounts of unsprung weight just wreaks havoc on steering and suspension components.
