Time for new treads and thinking upgrade

I got a 2012 SV and it's time to replace the tires, but I really want to put 19s on and lower it about an inch. can I lower the car without changing up the alignment too much where I need mod parts to keep the alignment within factory specs?

After you get the wheels and suspension, you should get an alignment. After that, you'll be fine; 1" is nothing drastic and your car will be able to maintain the new alignment no problem.
