Nokian Tires?

Nokian Tires?
I have an 11' with the 19" rims, and I am going to finally replace the horrendous Goodyear RSA tires that came on it.
I live in New England so I do a decent amount of winter driving but I decided I do not want to deal with dedicated winter tires. So I am trying to get the best "All Weather" tires I can. This has led me to Nokian's WRG3 tire which technically do not come in the correct 245/40/19 size. They do have 255/40/19 or 245/45/19, and I have been told either size would definitely fit my stock rims.
Does anyone have an opinion which would fit better? I would assume it would be the 245/45/19 as that keeps the correct tire width on the rim but I would like to see what others think. Anyone actually running with WRG3 tires now?
Another option would be the Pirelli P7 All Season Plus which comes in the correct size and has amazing reviews on Tirerack and including snow/ice ratings. These are $100 less per tire and I imagine would drive better in the summer. If anyone has experience with this tire I would like to hear about it as well.
I have driven through two winters on those terrible Goodyear tires so either one is likely to be a huge improvement.
Thanks!
