Looking for buyer to split set of rims for drag days
Here's my situation...I've been looking for a pair of 3rd generation RX7 wheels (16x8 @~13 to 14 lbs each) to use for track days. I found a set locally from a guy who works at a Mazda dealership who has a full set. They were apparently new pull offs and are still in the boxes. I only need two, but he won't split the set. Anyone interested in the other two? He wants $400 for the set. I want to gauge some interest before I meet the guy, inspect them, snap some photos, and front the cash. PM me if interested.

dead2fall - It looks like if they were shipped separately, they should not cost more than $12 per rim. That is UPS Ground with estimating the box size to be 20x20x10 weighing 20lbs. So if interested, you'd be in for about $225 or so.

4x4 Max - I don't know what I would do if I were in your situation. The sawblades are halfway light, and will hold a slick. If you already have them, it would be tempting to save your money on the rims and invest it in the slicks. I've got the heavy 16" OEM SE wheels, so I need something lighter that will hold a decent tire.
