I have a brand new pair of H&R PN#4065662 wheel spacers, with studs. These are hub centric with a 66.2mm center bore to fit Nissan and Infiniti. Width is 20mm.

These are brand new in the box, never installed, never even test fit. The bag with the studs in it is still sealed. These sell for $112 - $130 online, plus shipping. I'll take $100 shipped to the continental US.
